AVOID!!! I have tried unsuccessfully to obtain a phone via Carphone Warehouse, i passed the credit check and then failed an internal security check.
Carphone Warehouse have deducted £29.99 and £0.01 from me twice and are refusing to return my money unless i send them copies of my bank statement to prove they have stolen the money from me!
They have accused me of lying and said that they have not received any money from me!
DO NOT TRUST THEM
