Had contract with you on id mobile, put sim card in phone ,and by mistake called 500, instead of 7777 new customer services , 3 repeat 3 seconds did NOT talk and was charged £1.50 for 3 seconds .cancelled contract within 5 minutes now back on plusnet. NEVER AGAIN BUNCH OF THIEVES Come on customer services pleases reply.
