Terrible customer service. Repaired faulty phone three times, fourth time fault occured they refused to give me refund. Agreed to a replacement but then I was told same phone was no longer available and I would have to pay e40 to get a replacement. Refused to do so. Staff just shrugged their shoulders and didn't care. After a lot of calls to Customer Service centre, they eventually sorted it with the shop. They didn't have a clue what to do when things went wrong.
