I walked into our local store with no idea what I needed, whether my old phone was faulty or if it was me being dumb, and the young man was amazing. He didn't judge my lack of knowledge, he did all I could to help me, was friendly throughout, and although I did end up paying quite a bit for a new phone, he didn't pressurise me to do so, but gave me advice on all the phones from the cheapest to the ones you need a mortgage to buy.
