Took an elderly relative to get a basic phone. Not very helpful really when she asked if it could Ben took out box to fit in a little pouch they refused. The phone itself was 29.99 and they said sorry we not not a Penney. To me it’s nothing but if you are keeping everyone penny you making money off old people and also they the manager said we do not need a receipt. Not very welcoming what so ever.
