Basically stolen my phone. Traded it in and received no confirmation they have got it. Called them 4 times and made a complaint and sent an email. Calls cost 40p a minute! Been on the phone for half an hour today and its still not resolved. Then they said I should go to a store and complain... why? I did my trade in online, why would i go to a store.
Customer service appalling. Wouldn't recommend CPW to anybody. Where is my money!
