I bought a Nokia 6 from their stratford store and wanted to return it within 3 days as the phone was sluggish.
They had a tech support guy who did some checks and said that the phone has no issues and that he will not take it back.
I was forced to buy another phone with a warning that I would not be able to return that even it had issues.
Useless customer service. No respect for UK laws.
