Plenty staff around however found they weren't as knowledgeable about product as I would of expected. However the overall knowledge was good just lacked in specifics and in one case I found later had misled me.
Overall though the shopping experience was good, Carphone Warehouse referred the sale to PC World staff for purchase as I had a voucher for PC World which was good of them.
