Bought and paid for a phone online and was advised it was in stock and will arrive between 7.30 am and 7.30 pm next day, it never arrived and after waiting all day for something that did not arrive they offered £15.00 voucher to spent in their shop as Compensation for a days lost wages So true cost of refund by cpw Maybe £1.50 and no idea when they can deliver tomorrow
I stopped dealing with these fools years ago because they are incompetent and I should have stayed away
