My local branch in Melton Mowbray is fantastic. I have been there for the last 3 christmas holidays to sort out phones for my kids. The staff are pleasant, helpful, informative and really friendly, nothing is too much trouble. This year, Dominic dealt with my queries which did not result in a sale, however, the service was still excellent and informative.
The manager of this store ( young man whose name escapes me) has also been very helpful in the past. Great service!! Thank you
