Having had to visit the Hedge End on Tues 16 Jan with a faulty phone,to be told it was not faulty. That night it lost all its battery very quickly, took it back on Weds 17 Jan when they agreed there was a fault, I then asked for a replacement to which the reply was no because the phone is more than 28 days old (in fact it was 3 months old). They insisted it had to be sent away for repair for up to 2 weeks which I was not happy about. The replacement phone they loaned me was not of the same size or spec as the one I am paying, I would expect something similar. I phoned customer services on Thurs 18 Jan at 0815 the person I spoke to said there was nothing else they could do ,I asked to speak to a manager to which the reply was she would get a manger would call me back. Having not heard I phoned back at 1230 to be told it takes up to 24 hrs to get a call back. On Fri 19 Jan I called again at 1000 hrs only to be told it takes up to 48 hrs to get a call back and she couldent help me any more and then put me through to the repair dept(for what reason I do not know, perhaps she just wanted to pass the buck). When I asked would I still get a call back from a manager she checked and said that no request had been made on Wednesday. I then asked if a manager will call me back to which she replied yes it will be sometime within the next 48hrs. What a poor example of customer service. I would be grateful if someone could look into this for me urgently.
