I am fed up receiving calls from Carphone Warehouse purporting to be Vodafone.I found this out when I complained to Vodafone and informed me that Carphone Warehouse can offer Vodaphone products
Whichever way they have my mobile number and e-mail address and I want to know how they have obtained this and if the process was GDPR compliant
Needless to say trying to complain to Carphone Warehouse is as irritating and as difficult as trying to stop unsolicited and unwelcome phone calls
It is about time the telephone ombudsman sorted this awful
