Got the new Note 9 with offer to have additional £200 on cash back.
Sent the phone took 3 weeks to get a reply saying phone not working condition because of a screen burn.
So i call them to see the further steps but was told to wait.
After two they sent my device back with no options to get the value for none working device.
So basically they cheated me out of £200
Terriable company stay clear.
