I am apulled at the level of service that i have recievied from Carephone Warehouse. I have been with this company for 4 years on going and I have continued to stay with them while upgrading into my new contract, I started my upgrade in early October 2018 and it was agreed a great deal for the IPhone 8 Plus for 30GB with Unlimited Texts and Calls for £38 a month (as per the deal on your website) I agreed to this contract straight away as I see this as a great deal. I then recived the new phone but the taffif and the agreed paid amount was incorrect. The incorrect deal I had been given was the IPhone 8 Plus with 10GB, Unlimited Texts and Calls and was being charged £50. I immediately called customer care services to discuss what had gone wrong with my contract and that it needed to be changed. I had to speak to a numerous amounts of people with who I then kept being passed back and forth to, each time I contacted I had to speak to someone else which meant I had to repeat this error to each person. Noone was helpful and I was told to contact 02 myself to sort this problem. When calling O2 they told me they could not help me as this was a deal made with Carephone Warehouse. After recieving no help I asked to have the recorded message of me agreeing to the deal on the day which I then had to wait 5 working days for this to happen, sadly noone got back to me. In October I got my next bill due of a cost of £61.05 I went into the Carephone Warehouse store myself as this was not getting resolved and spoke to a women instore and on the phone when we finally got down to the bottom of this and was told my Tariff would be changed and chared at £48 as you claim there was never a deal for £38.00 despite this being advertised on your website. We are now in the end of Novemeber and I am still being charged £61.05 with the incorrect tariff plan. I would advise anyone looking for a good contract with excellent help to NOT go through Carephone Warehouse so you can avoid this happening to you. Carephone Warehouse are claiming I agreed to something I did not and are not providing proof of this, I have also not phycially signed a contact to confirm this deal however they are not willing to provide proof to me and they have still not changed my contract or refunded me any money.
