I had terrible service at Carphone Warehouse Riverside Norwich on Friday 23rd November. The manager was supposed to phone me back by Saturday 24thNovember but I am still waiting. But today I went back to the store and Adam was a star. His customer service was exceptional, something the manager could learn, he sorted out the problems I had. Having been left to virtually set the phone up myself. I have lodged a formal complaint. But credit where it’s due and Adam is an absolute asset.
