Crewe branch.I required a dual sim phone and was very specific.Two members of staff confirmed a Samsung J6 was dual sim.Bought phone only to find that it was not.Returned to store and two more experienced staff told me that they have never stocked dual sims phones.Better training needed.
Would never buy from them again.
