NO after sale customer service
My iPhone 4S broke 1 week before warranty they dragged their heels. Apple technician confirms it's a manufacturing fault.
Got nowhere with on-line customer service so mailed a letter to their head office in Southampton, with copy of my invoice and Apple fault report also quoting Sale of Goods Act 1979 just in case.
It's been 3 weeks haven't heard anything back, getting my lawyer involved now as this is just disgusting service. I will never buy from them again!
