Shocking service - they sold a phone to a scammer online without sufficient checks . I only found out that they did this when I got billed for a few months of the contract.
Written a complaint , phoned for return of monies, rarely get through , they say they will ring but they don’t.
The bottom line is they sold phone in my name and address but it now transpires that they sent it to a ‘different delivery address’. Security is clearly flawed .
Would not buy or deal with this amateurish mob!
