Got a sim only deal through CPW and was advised I would receive a cheque for £50 after 30 days as part of the deal.................now on day 70 and no cheque.
Complaints team totally useless. Logged it and advised £15 extra for my troubles. That was all supposed to be with me 10 days ago!
Excuse after excuse! They don’t have a clue. Never call back when they say.
Anyone else still waiting with similar issue? Maybe it’ll be here for xmas🙏🏼
