Having boycotted carphone warehouse for over a decade after a bad experience. I met Jemane, Lewisham’s store manager who convinced me to try their service for an upgrade. I was very impressed with the customer service and genuine interest in ensuring I was content and happy with my product and Instore experience. The store manager took the time to go through the different products that fitted my requirements. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision, he even jokingly suggested I phone my husband for his opinion if I was not sure about my choice. He set a professional standard for the store and was a good role model for his staff. He is a real asset to carphone warehouse. I wish other stores had similar high standards. I Will definitely recommend this particular store while under the management of Jemane to others.
