I traded in my Huawei P20 Pro mobile for a Huawei P30 on 16th May 2019 at the Commercial Road shop in Portsmouth.
Ben, the manager was very good as was Sam the assistant manager. The sales and tech staff were also helpful.
However, the staff seem very constrained by company policy as to what they can do: I paid £58.55 for the new phone and also had to take out a new 24th mnth contract at a higher cost (£40 pcm) - unfortunately, the new phone still has the same poor call quality issues as the previous one!
