I went into your Farnham, Surrey store with a query on mobile I had purchase elsewhere and the sales chap (sorry didn't take his name) could not have been more helpful, he wasn't out to make money out of me but gave excellent advice and help.... these days this is so unusual and a bit different to the experience of visiting EE store recently!
