Spent two hours trying to collect my phone on a click and collect but your chip and pin was down so there was no way to verify my ID and complete the purchase.
No solution was given and I have no choice but to cancel the order and avoid them in the future.
The shop staff were brilliant but how can a company trade without backup systems in place.
