He called my existing provider (sky) and impersonated me and cancelled my package and switched me to Virgin. Waited 2 weeks for installation, when virgin engineers turn up they say that I can't have Virgin down my road now I'm left with no internet or phone and carphone warehouse won't help me. Took day off work too. Will was the one who refused to put me through to ANYBODY in head office. Carphone warehouse has committed fraud, you impersonated me to cancel my sky so that I would change to Virgin, so that carphone warehouse would get a commission. I've been left without any phone line or internet, what help have you offered me Will?? Don't think you realise how serious this matter is, if I was in head office I would want to know and I would help asap, I have heart failure
