I purchased a phone at the start of the month. I tried to exchange the phone the following day for a different model but the exchange was processed as a refund. The refund however I am yet to receive.
I've chased it up atleast 6 times now but i can't keep hearing the same lame excuses
They are in breach of legislation and contract. They're deliberately withholding my money
So i've decided to complain to Ofcom. I hope they get screwed over
