This company has no idea about customer service. The phone line is a scam to rip you off the at £1.55 a minute. If you email customer service, they don't reply to what you wrote, just a stock email reply. They have zero interest in the customer. I don't usually write reviews. For Car PhoneWarehouse I am making an exception. Please avoid them and tell everyone how bad they are. I'm wondering if I will get my money back, I've not even seen the phone. I was told untruths online and tricked into ordering. I'll be contacting the ombudsman in due course.
