Fraudulent activity on my account by a member of staff and the manager at Chatham store.
I will now be passing the matter to the police but I wanted to make everyone aware.
The shop assistant registered the phone that I had bought in her name and also forged the insurance document. When I came to claim, not only did I not have any insurance in my name (despite having paid the direct debits from my account) but I also did not own the phone.
Team knowhow assistant Helen, having taken weeks to contact me, advised me there was nothing she could do as I had not signed the direct debit form. Please bear in mind that the reason I had not signed it was because of the fraudulent activity of their employee which was authorised by the shop manager.
Apparently, I have to chase the refund from my bank.
Disgusting way to treat a customer who has done nothing wrong.
