Trying to return a phone 5 days in to contract after being miss sold one line . Was given a free game witch yes my child damaged so I offered to replace or pay 4 will not accept this. And will now not let me return the phone , so forcing me I to a co tract I have been miss sold in the 1st place . going onto three weeks nn
Ow now try a.d returned on line in store and calls with no avail . Now speaking to trading standards n looks like legal advise . Some thing I could really do without, after 10yrs loyalty customer let down so bad
