I did a purchase of the note 10+ and the store assist said that I can claim my Samsung earbuds after 2-3 months. After 2 months I called Samsung and they said I was supposed to claim earbuds within 30 days. Now I am in loss of £-150 earbuds. Horrible staff and horrible service. There should be reviews in minus as well. Thanks
