My husband and I are visually impaired and from the moment we arrived in the Croydon store we were looked after by a charming young assitant named JK (John) he read every yhing over to us and enlarged font where he could plus of the e mails sent out. He showed me where to sign and what else he could help us with. |He got our new phone transfered from old data and when we came back to collect had it ready and he meet us with this and saw us off the premises. A credit to your company
