Awful company with awful outsourced foreign phone operators.. Took a contract out with them and 10 days on they still haven't activated the sim card.. No apologies, just excuse after excuse.
I exercised my 14 day return right and was treated like a villain.
Today I got a contract through uswitch on the same network and had it activated inside 90minutes.
Avoid carphone warehouse like the plague.
It's sad to see good businesses going under these days, yet absolute trash companies such as this manage to keep making money.
