We renewed our contract with Vodafone through carphone warehouse who made an mistake in the description of our contract. They refuse to acknowledge responsibility and the manager Gordon Alexander in the Leith Ocean Terminal store was incredibly abusive and defensive. He is willing to lie through his teeth to cover their mistakes. We did this five days ago and have still not received the contract, which I believe has to be emailed within 48 hours. I visited CAB for advice, but Mr Alexander stated that it's his company policy that matters and the law and CAB mean nothing.
