AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. PLEASE DON'T GET A CONTRACT OUT WITH CPW BECAUSE THEY ARE CHEAP, go with any other provider directly.
Absolutely dreadful customer service. They do not care about their customers. I just can't believe people still use them.
Never reply to emails, never call back. On the one occasion they did reply, their response was rude and unhelpful. We haven't received a single call from CPW since signing up to purchase 2 contract phones.
Terrible, unhelpful, money grabbing company. DO NOT TOUCH!!!
