Carphone Warehouse, 4 Upper Street, London N1 0PQ.
Worse service you can ever get. The shop assistant just pointed his finger into the phone and disappeared. The phone I was trying to check had the flat battery, so, I couldn’t see the screen. 5 min later I managed to get the attention from another guy. There were 5 shop assistants. However, nobody paid any attention to me. Some of them where busy with their private mobile phones, typing.
So, 5 min later this phone was plugged in and I could try it.
The information about the phone looks like this:
Key features
• 5.5-inch HD display
• 13MP camera for great photos
• 4G connectivity for superfast internet browsing
• ???hours talk time
I asked what are the RAM size and the battery capacity.
I had a very strange answer: Why do I need to know it.
Then I was told that they don’t provide this information and will not help me.
If I would like to buy the phone, I just have to choose any phone which looks nice to me and pay.
I asked to Google this information for me on Carphone website. They refused and told that I should do it from my own device at home before visiting this shop.
Basically, the Carphone Warehouse is trying to sell the piece of plastic which could cost up to £600, but not providing the customer with any information about this device except the Key Features which are written on the display window.
I walked into the shop with a very strong idea to buy a new phone and left this store with a very strong opinion that Carphone Warehouse employs absolutely unprofessional stuff.
