2 years ago I took out a pre-paid plan for myself and my wife, last year my daughter was told that her cancer had become terminal but we all hoped she had some time to make the most of the time left, unfortunately, mid-November she went downhill by Dec 3rd I knew it was only days to go, I rang celebration of life to ask them if I could arrange a cremation with such short notice, they made everything so easy, as she was spending her last days in a hospice all I had to do was give the celebration of life's phone number to the hospice. My daughter passed away on the 7th Dec and after we said our good-byes everything else was taken over by celebration of life, we were kept informed all the way through to receiving her ashes.
