From the very start at a particularly difficult time the service I received was amazing. I was guided through the process by a lovely lady who managed to keep me focused in such a caring way. The Ashes were delivered by a bubbly young lady in beautiful cardboard tree decorated urns. The follow up calls were much appreciated also. I would highly recommend this company.
