The perfect cremation for my mum. The process from ringing them to them returning her ashes to me was a smooth process. They kept me informed ever step of the way. The col team were compassionate every step of the way. Mum was hand delivered back to me in a beautiful box, with cremation certificates. Two weeks after I received my mums ashes I received a certificate for a tree planting. Didn’t realise this was in with the package and it warmed my heart to know a tree was being planted to remember my queen bee x My dad was so happy with the process he signed up for the direct cremation plan. I would highly recommend to anyone. Your grieving and col take the burden so you can celebrate your loved ones life
