I ordered a personalised phone case with my initial and a heart next to it. It took 3 weeks to come and the printing was incorrect. It was not specified anywhere on the website that symbols cannot be printed. I received a phone case saying H?? which I was very disappointed by. I reached out to customer service about this issue and was responded to by someone called Charlotte. She was very rude and told me that I should have known their machine doesn’t print symbols :/ I will attach screenshots of my experience with a staff member as I am shocked by how disrespectful she was. I have purchased many personalised products before and have never been so appalled. Will definitely not recommend!!
