Ordered my mum a personalised dog phone case for Christmas around the first or second week of December. On Monday 20/12/21 I received a dispatch email saying my order was on the way, which I though was a little late despite the 4 day rule of ordering personalised emails. Emailed Coconut Lane customer service and have had no response, and now have no gift for my mum. Won’t be buying anything from here again, I wish I had read the reviews earlier.
