Ordered the wrong phone case by accident so sent it back. Had an email saying that they couldn’t exchange it because it was a tough case so I asked for the old phone case back if I brought another which would cover the postage back. Got told that my old one had been destroyed and there was nothing that could be done about and also had my last email ignored! I am disgusted considering the phone cost nearly £20 and have been told I can’t have it back because it has been destroyed!
