I wish I'd read the reviews!!! I have bought from them twice before with no problems. My recent purchase was ordered over 10 days ago having been told the case takes "a few days". This was reiterated in their response to me chasing up my purchase. Sounds like this company grew too big, too fast and can't handle it.
