Poor customer service! After being asked to write a review which must be a generic email, I responded to say that I wouldn’t write a review as I was disappointed with a order, but had not had any issues with previous orders, I explained that I wouldn’t order from coconut lane again. Kia responded asking for proof of the fault, she accepted the proof & offered to replace the case. I confirmed which case I would be happy with & I haven’t heard anything from her in over a month, nor have I received the replacement phone case. Disappointing customer service & sadly some of the cases can be brought from other websites for a fraction of the price.
