I have only just started on my cookie journey, but already I feel very positive about the cookie diet. The cookies arrived in boxes with all necessary details. Each day's cookies are in foil and there is even a keep fresh bag to use so you can take the cookies with you when you go out. The cookies are delicious and satisfying. I am very hopeful that I will lose some weight and focus on eating sensibly, using the fabulous recipes in the cookie diet book that I also purchased.
