Have been on the Cookie Diet now for 2 months and have lost 9 Kg's. Generally the diet is very easy to stick to, but felt physically quite weak in the beginning as the body was adjusting to the new calorie intake. That phase didn't last long as energy levels returned quickly, especially after carrying less weight around on the bod.
Target weight loss is 25 Kg's, so still have a while to go yet.
