I’m sorry but the cookies did not suit me I became constipated early on the diet and have just gone to the toilet with the aid of movicol I gained weight on the diet I loved the cookies they were moorish I finished the cookies as advised but the problem persisted unless I took Movicole I can recommend them to others as the biscuits are nice. But expensive. They work for more than me so I can say give them a try unfortunately I became constipated which was unusual for me being regular every morning it was no good not to go for a week or more till I took Movicol. .
