If ur thinking about starting this diet, DO IT NOW! I’ve lost almost a kilo and I only started this diet 3 days ago, I’m on my 4th day and I’m absolutely loving it! I started with a weeks order of the chocolate cookies and I’m in love, just ordered a months worth of all the flavours and am so excited to try them! can’t wait to see the end results, so happy
