I haven't even started the Cookie Diet yet .... do I just eat cookies non stop ????? There is no booklet of instructions ....
AND NO ONE HAS EVER CONTACTED ME TO TELL ME IF YOU EAT XXX NUMBER OF COOKIES PEWR MEAL ..... NOT HAPPY
