Only new to this diet.When I placed my first online order I got an email immediately back but layout invoice of what I ordered was not well set out at all.I ordered incorrectly and was disappointed that I had ordered mostly same flavour thinking I had ordered mixed flavoured boxes.I was very impressed how efficient the staff was to help.They sent me 2 weeks free of another flavour.Very kind. I think it would have been nice to get a prompt online to show this is what you ordered to make sure all was correct. I also was surprised there were no booklet about how it all works as a diet plan except for a tiny single sheet with what to do or any sort of encouragement.After all you are not just selling biscuits but a DIET PLAN.This is how I understood it. I will follow the plan and see what happens.Try anything that may assist me to get some weight off.
