I went to local jewelry stores to have them create my fiancé’s ring. And then I CustomMade and went with them instead. Their process is absolutely seamless, and everyone communicated and updated me as we went from ideas to CAD images, to the final creation of the ring. Updates were provided, and my fiancé’s ring actually was created weeks in advance of the original timeline. (She said yes!!!) If I could go back and do ti all over again, I would definitely go with CustomMade. Excellent customer service you guys! Thank you for your help!!
