I was apprehensive about purchasing jewelry online. My experience with Custom Made eliminated any fears I had. I have been totally pleased with the entire experience from the beginning to the end. During the process, there was consistent communication on the status and next steps to be taken. Dates promised were dates met. After receiving my initial ring, there was a small change I requested. Custom Made recasted my ring, and made the change with no questions asked. I will be using them again in the future.
